Before Work Begins
If you decide to cancel your project before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit payment. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your written cancellation request.
During the Design Phase
If you choose to cancel during the design phase but before design approval, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be calculated based on the work completed to date. Typically, this amounts to approximately 50% of the total amount paid, though the exact amount may vary depending on the extent of work completed.
After Design Approval
Once you have approved the design and development work has begun, no refunds will be issued for work completed up to that point. This is because significant time and resources have been invested in creating custom solutions tailored to your requirements. Any remaining balance for uncompleted work may be refunded at our discretion.
After Project Launch
Once your website has been launched and delivered, no refunds will be issued. The project is considered complete upon launch, and ownership of all deliverables transfers to you as outlined in our Terms of Service.
Service Guarantee
If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services as specified in your project proposal, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund. We will work with you to resolve any issues before processing a refund. Our goal is always to deliver work that meets or exceeds your expectations.
