Welcome to WeGetWeb. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access our services.

Services

WeGetWeb provides web design, development, and related digital services. The specific deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate project proposal or agreement. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

Payment Terms

Payment for our services is structured as follows unless otherwise specified in your project agreement:

• 40% of the total project cost is due upon project commencement
• 40% is due upon design approval
• 20% is due upon project completion and website launch

All invoices are due within 7 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely project completion, clients are expected to:

• Provide all necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within 5 business days
• Ensure all provided content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Designate a single point of contact for project communications

Delays caused by the client may result in extended project timelines and potential additional charges.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all custom designs, code, and deliverables created specifically for their project. WeGetWeb retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Any third-party assets, stock images, or licensed materials remain subject to their respective license terms.

Revisions and Changes

Each project package includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the included amount will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Significant changes to the project scope after work has commenced may require a revised quote and timeline.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeGetWeb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Goa, India.
